Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after processing has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Simone Prince shipments generally do not require a signature upon delivery.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Simone Prince is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking the surrounding area of your delivery address and contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance.

On a case-by-case basis, Simone Prince may reship lost or stolen packages at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Customers have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a shipping address correction by contacting support@simoneprince.com.

Simone Prince is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional reshipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and carrier fees associated with reshipment.

Refunds:
We accept refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, with tags on, in their original packaging, and in original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be processed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Warranty

We offer exchanges for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Exchanges may be made for the same or a similar product within the same price range. If the original item or a comparable product is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount. Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date it is issued.

All Simone Prince jewelry is also covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and intended use.

This warranty does not cover tarnishing, scratching, discoloration, bent or broken chains, damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Damage caused by pets, children, or unauthorized modifications or repairs is also not covered under this policy.

All exchange and warranty claims are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Simone Prince.

Replacement or exchanged items will not be sent until the original item has been returned to Simone Prince and inspected by our team.

Store credit issued by Simone Prince may be used toward future purchases on our website and is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or expired store credit cannot be replaced or reissued.

Store credit may only be used on available merchandise at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders. If an order total exceeds the available store credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout using an accepted payment method.

Any unused balance will remain active until the expiration date. Store credit issued as part of an exchange, return, promotion, or customer accommodation remains subject to the terms and conditions of Simone Prince.

Simone Prince reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or limit store credit usage in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Simone Prince is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, customs holds, or delivery issues caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, severe weather events, labor strikes, natural disasters, acts of government, international regulations, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
