Free economy shipping on orders $75 and up. 
Economy 5-8 business days - $7
Standard 3-4 business days - $17
Express 1-2 business days - $40

We require 2 business days for order processing with the exception of U.S. federal holidays.

At this time we do not offer local pick up.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Warranty:
We offer exchanges for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Exchanges may be made for the same or a similar product within the same price range. If the original item or a comparable product is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.

All Simone Prince jewelry is also covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, which protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
