Current free international shipping thresholds are as follows:

• United Kingdom — Free Economy Shipping on orders $125 USD+
• Canada — Free Economy Shipping on orders $100 USD+
• Australia — Free Economy Shipping on orders $150 USD+
• New Zealand — Free Economy Shipping on orders $150 USD+

For orders that do not qualify for complimentary shipping, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination country, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated before duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping charges where applicable.

Delivery timeframes for economy shipping vary based on destination country, customs processing, and carrier transit times.

If an international order is refused by the customer or rejected by customs authorities, the customer will be responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any carrier charges incurred during the return process.

Refunds for refused shipments will only be issued once the package has been returned to Simone Prince and processed by our team.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Customers have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a shipping address correction by contacting support@simoneprince.com.

Simone Prince is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional reshipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and carrier fees associated with reshipment.

Simone Prince shipments generally do not require a signature upon delivery.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Simone Prince is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking the surrounding area of your delivery address and contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance.

On a case-by-case basis, Simone Prince may reship lost or stolen packages at our discretion.

Refunds:
We accept refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, with tags on, in their original packaging, and in original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be processed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

This warranty does not cover tarnishing, scratching, discoloration, bent or broken chains, damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Damage caused by pets, children, or unauthorized modifications or repairs is also not covered under this policy.

All exchange and warranty claims are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Simone Prince.

Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or expired store credit cannot be replaced or reissued.

Store credit may only be used on available merchandise at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders. If an order total exceeds the available store credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout using an accepted payment method.
